PART-TIME KITCHEN ASSISTANT + CREATIVE SUPPORT

Milkworthy Cookies® is a musically-inspired luxury cookie brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, creative person to join our growing team part-time.
This is not just a temporary summer job or “clock in / clock out” position. We’re looking for someone excited by the idea of growing with a small business, learning the behind-the-scenes of a premium food brand, and potentially taking on more responsibility over time.
The role will begin with foundational kitchen support tasks — the kind that keep a production kitchen running smoothly and consistently. This includes:
• Ingredient prep + mise en place
• Measuring and scaling ingredients
• Scooping and rolling dough
• Packaging and labeling
• Dishwashing and cleaning
• Organizing kitchen/storage areas
• Assisting with production days and pop-ups
The work can be repetitive at times, especially in the beginning, but mastering the basics is important here. As trust and skill grow, there will be opportunities to learn more advanced kitchen responsibilities, production systems, creative projects, and operational support.

• Have strong social media instincts (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, content creation, photography/video editing, etc.)
• Enjoy storytelling, branding, or marketing
• Have prior food service, baking, or hospitality experience
