Social Media & Business Marketing Coordinator

Diamond Ford is looking for a motivated and creative Social Media & Business Development Manager to help grow our dealership’s online presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, content creation, marketing, and how to help a business stand out in a competitive market.

Responsibilities include creating and posting content across social media platforms, taking photos and videos of vehicles, dealership events, staff, promotions, and customer deliveries, responding to messages and online inquiries, helping create marketing ideas, tracking engagement, and assisting with business growth strategies. This position may also help coordinate campaigns, community outreach, events, and lead-generation efforts.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube are important.

Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, bring new ideas, and help Diamond Ford continue to grow.

Requirements:
Must be reliable, professional, and self-motivated. Experience with social media, content creation, photography, video, marketing, or business development is preferred. Must be comfortable interacting with customers and staff. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
