Label Management Intern

ESCOL Network is a music and entertainment company specializing in the Latin Christian Music Industry. The company provides various artists and label services, such as talent management, artist development, marketing, and music publishing.

The Label Management Intern will assist the Label Manager with day-to-day operational tasks. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working student who is well versed in music publishing, copyright law, and current music business practices. The student must also understand the present landscape of Latin Christian Music. All student candidates must be currently enrolled in a college, university, or technical school. Candidates should display strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as ingenuity, and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings using Google Calendar
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Label Manager
  • Manage email correspondence, including drafting and responding to professional communications
  • Assist in supporting the label management team with daily operations and best practices
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to help plan, prepare, and execute marketing and media campaigns
  • Support the music release process by helping coordinate timelines, promotional assets, retail planning, and distribution needs
  • Prepare reimbursement requests and assist with expense tracking
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including organizing materials and coordinating logistics
  • Support video production projects and related creative initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in music business or relevant field
