Position Summary

Brownmed is seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has experience managing digital campaigns, optimizing website performance, creating compelling content, and analyzing campaign metrics to improve ROI.

 

Key Responsiblities

·     Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across email, search, social media, and display advertising channels

·     Maintain and optimize company websites for SEO, user experience, and conversion performance

·     Create and coordinate digital content including blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content

·     Develop social media content to drive engagement and foster online advocacy

·     Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights

·     Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings

·     Manage paid digital advertising campaigns including PPC and retargeting efforts across e-commerce platforms

·     Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals

·     Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights

·     Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies

·     Support product launches, promotional campaigns, webinars, and trade show marketing initiatives

·     Assist sales team with new customer onboarding

·     Comply with all Brownmed policies and guidelines as outlines in the Employee Code of Conduct & Culture Guide.

·     Report to the Vice President of Marketing.

 

Qualifications

·     Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.

·     Familiarity with HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce preferred.

·     Ability to write compelling, concise copy for ads, emails, and landing pages.

·     2 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related role.

·     Highly organized with excellent communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills.

·     A problem-solving mindset with ability to work cross-functionally to gain alignment on activities.

·     Ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.
