Position Description:
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Blended Case Manager to join our Team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in behavioral health and human services.
Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center is accepting applications for Blended Case Managers in Cambria and Blair County. The successful candidate will have knowledge of mental health services for adults and children/adolescents. This is a full-time, field-based position where you will work directly with individuals to coordinate mental health treatment, connect them with resources, while providing needed advocacy and support. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while gaining opportunities for professional growth and advancement in behavioral health.
Education, Experience, Skills, Training:
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, human services, or education.
Minimum Education: A high school diploma with 12 social science credits plus two years of mental health direct care experience in public or private human services.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, computer skills, organizational skills, and want to have a genuine interest in helping others in need. Must be able to obtain Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances.
This is a full-time position which includes training, competitive compensation, monthly stipends for gas and phone, and medical, dental and vision benefits, as well as paid vacation and paid holidays. Flexible schedule as long as you meet your minimum required hours of 27 per week. Pay ranges from $37,500-$45,000 depending on how many hours you work over the 27 minimum.
