AI Creative Producer - SPANISH SPEAKING

JOB TITLE:  AI CREATIVE PRODUCER - SPANISH SPEAKING

OBJECTIVE

Design and execute AI powered storytelling systems. This role is responsible for creating and producing AI assisted short and long form micro dramas, animated shorts, and scalable AI driven production pipelines.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and produce AI generated short films and episodic micro dramas
• Write high quality scripts for long and short form content.  Adapt stories into multiple formats (episodic, vertical)
• Design and develop original characters. Generate visual identities, maintain character consistency across episodes.
• Build reusable character frameworks.
• Use AI tools to support storyboarding, scene development and visual generation.
• Design and manage end to end production workflows that support distribution and combine human creativity with AI.
• Oversee production pipelines from concept > script > storyboard > visual generation > voice/sound > edit > q/c > final product.
• Develop frameworks optimized for AI assisted production. 
• Use and configure AI tools for production, workflow and creative systems to perform tasks including:
-script drafting 
-character dialogue
-scene generators
-video creation and editing
-voice casting
• Stay current on emerging AI tools and apply them to production workflows 
• Work with team to align content with company goals

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Expertise with AI generative tools (text, image, video, audio)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, workflow automation and best practices
• Knowledge of AI took integration
• Proven ability to write scripts and develop narratives
• Experience in animation, film or digital media production 
• Strong visual storytelling experience
• Ability to translate creative vision into scalable systems
• Strong decision making in tech environment
• Able to adapt to rapidly changing technology
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Able to meet deadlines

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
• BA 
• 3 – 5 years experience
• Background in streaming platforms
