What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

As a Playroom Attendent, your main responsibilities will include:

POS Checkout & Retail Support: Greet families, assist customers with retail purchases, and process transactions quickly and accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.

Reservation Management: Check in families for their designated play slots, manage the daily booking calendar, and handle walk-ins or party reservations with a friendly attitude.

Playroom Cleaning & Safety: Sanitize toys, wipe down play structures, and ensure the playroom meets our standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the day.

General Tidiness: Maintain a organized storefront. This includes straightening retail shelves, restocking items, sweeping, and ensuring the entire space looks welcoming to guests.

The Ultimate Multi-Tasker: You can ring up a customer while keeping a watchful, friendly eye on the playroom environment.

People Person: You are energetic, patient, and love interacting with both children and adults.

Detail-Oriented: You actually enjoy organizing and take pride in keeping a space spotless and visually appealing.

Reliable & Responsible: You show up on time, take initiative, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Experience (Plus, but not required): Previous experience in retail, customer service, childcare, or camp counseling is a huge plus!
