Contract Opportunity:

We’re seeking licensed Life & Health Insurance Sales Agents who want the flexibility of remote work in a non-captive sales model, representing multiple carriers and handling warm inbound demand.

 

Opportunity Details:

  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Location: Remote – *United States
  • Schedule: Flexible, self-scheduled

Compensation:

  • $0.32 per minute of talk time
  • 3.20% commission on issued New Annualized Premium (applications with payment)
  • Contractors invoice and receive payment for completed services
  • Independent Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses
  • Holding multiple state licenses may increase call volume and earn potential

Requirements:

  • Active licenses for both Life and Health in your resident state, plus 9 additional non-resident states
  • Consultative or inbound sales experience
  • Ability to work in a multi-carrier, non-captive environment
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Provide your own equipment, including a Windows operating PC (Macs, Chromebooks, tablets are not supported)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handling warm inbound calls from customers seeking insurance solutions
  • Consulting with customers to recommend appropriate Life & Health coverage
  • Navigating multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately
  • Converting qualified leads into issued policies
  • Delivering professional, high-quality sales experience independently

 

*The background check requires a non-refundable $25 processing fee paid directly to the background check vendor.
