We’re looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic intern who loves fashion, social media, and community engagement — and who’s ready to gain real-world experience in marketing.

Position Overview:
As our Marketing & Social Media Intern, you’ll help manage our digital presence and marketing activities, supporting both creative content and on-the-ground promotions. This role is ideal for students pursuing marketing, communications, public relations, or fashion merchandising who want hands-on experience with real brand strategy and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Assist with content creation — photo shoots, videos, Reels, and behind-the-scenes features
• Help develop and execute seasonal marketing campaigns for bridal, prom, and pageant lines
• Support event marketing (e.g., trunk shows, fashion events, and community outreach)
• Track social media performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Assist with email newsletters, website updates, and in-store promotions
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics

Qualifications:

• Current student at the University of Tennessee (Knoxville campus preferred)
• Passion for social media, marketing, and fashion
• Strong writing and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in platforms like Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite (a plus if you know basic photography or video editing)
• Reliable, organized, and able to commit to 10–15 hours per week
• Local to the Knoxville area with reliable transportation
