AI-First Content Writer
We are looking for a strong, AI-first content writer and ghostwriter to help create content for LinkedIn, X, and newsletters around AI, leadership, business transformation, and how companies are adapting to new technology.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious about AI, a strong writer, and excited about turning ideas into clear, engaging content. You’ll help take rough notes, voice memos, articles, trends, and early ideas and turn them into polished posts and newsletters that are thoughtful, practical, and easy to read.
You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be genuinely interested in AI, business, leadership, startups, and how technology is changing the way companies operate.
Responsibilities
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, X posts, and newsletter content
- Turn rough ideas, notes, or voice memos into polished drafts
- Research AI and business trends to support content ideas
- Suggest new content angles based on current events, industry trends, and audience interests
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to brainstorm, research, draft, and improve content
- Help maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing rhythm
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Clear, concise, and engaging communication style
- Interest in AI, technology, business, leadership, or startups
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools
- Curious, self-directed, and willing to learn
- Good judgment around tone, structure, and audience
- Ability to take feedback and revise quickly
Nice to Have
- Experience ghostwriting LinkedIn posts, X posts, newsletters, blogs, or thought leadership content
- Familiarity with B2B, consulting, startups, marketing, or business strategy
- Experience with tools like Substack, Beehiiv, Notion, Google Docs, or Canva
Time Commitment
Part-time, flexible hours. Estimated 5–10 hours per week to start, with the potential to expand over time.
