Reports to: Jazlyn Gregory, Lead of Communications and Growth
Role Overview
This intern helps ensure Rezilia remains intuitive, human-centered, and aligned with caregiver needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user interviews and usability testing
Analyze feedback and identify thematic insights
Support product documentation and feature prioritization
Develop a website and track analytics

Qualifications and Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in UX/UI Design, Human‑Centered Design, Product Design, Information Systems or Computer Science
Interest in user‑centered design, website development, or digital health
Familiarity with UX research methods (user interviews, usability testing, surveys)
Ability to synthesize feedback into clear insights and recommendations
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a remote environment
Be familiar with Odoo and understand its processes
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Safety Requirements: Remote workstations must be free from hazards (tripping hazards, fire hazards, secure power cords).
Security and Confidentiality: Remote employees must protect company data, often requiring secure, private locations.
Equipment: Employees are typically required to have a dedicated workspace with necessary equipment (computer, high-speed internet, phone).
Physical Requirements: minimal lifting, proper supportive chair, good monitor position
Regular breaks and stretching as needed
Travel and Schedule: Travel to events required as needed, 20-40 hour work week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Compensation and Benefits
This is an unpaid internship offered in exchange for academic credit, where applicable, and meaningful professional development. While the position does not provide monetary compensation, interns receive hands‑on experience working on real projects within a mission‑driven healthcare technology company.
