Social Media Intern

      The City of Inkster is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to support the City’s digital presence, communications strategy, and community engagement efforts. The intern will assist with managing social media platforms, creating multimedia content, supporting public communication, and promoting City programs, services, events, and initiatives.

Under the direction of the Media Director, this role will play an active part in enhancing the City’s online presence, improving resident engagement, and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication with the public. This internship provides hands-on experience in government communications, social media management, and community relations.
