Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

A fast-growing AI startup based in New York is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to help shape the future of AI-native software experiences. This role focuses on designing intuitive, scalable, and polished interfaces for next-generation AI products used across communication and operational workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and customers in a fast-moving environment where innovation and usability matter deeply.
 

Role:
🔹 Design end-to-end product workflows for AI-powered SaaS platforms
🔹 Create intuitive UI/UX experiences for dashboards, analytics, automation, and conversational interfaces
🔹 Develop high-quality interaction designs and modern user flows
🔹 Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews
🔹 Prototype rapidly using Figma and modern design tools
🔹 Collaborate closely with engineering teams for pixel-perfect implementation
🔹 Help define emerging UX patterns for AI-native and agentic software
🔹 Contribute to overall product strategy and roadmap discussions
 

Requirements:
🔹 7+ years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design
🔹 Strong experience designing SaaS or operational software products
🔹 Exceptional UX thinking and interaction design skills
🔹 Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design systems
🔹 Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
🔹 Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
🔹 Strong communication and collaboration skills
🔹 Experience conducting customer research and translating insights into product improvements
🔹 Passion for AI products and the future of software interfaces
 

Nice to Have:
🔹 Experience designing AI-native or agentic products
🔹 Frontend knowledge including HTML, CSS, or React
🔹 Experience with interactive prototyping tools
🔹 Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows
🔹 Previous startup experience
