Your pay is based entirely on performance, tied directly to store sales through automated profit-sharing. We do not require a rigid 9-to-5 schedule; we care about results. You manage your own time. About the Role

We are hiring an Esports Division Designer. You are responsible for creating high-quality, sport-specific apparel designs and artwork for the Esports Division. Your goal is to capture the digital-native, high-tech, and streetwear-influenced culture of competitive gaming to ensure the gear resonates with players and creators in the gaming space.

Who You Will Work With

The Founder: To align on brand standards and final artwork approval.

Director of Esports: To ensure designs hit the specific targets and trends of the Esports Division.

SMS/Email Manager: To provide high-quality visual assets and "behind-the-scenes" creative content for division-specific product drops and marketing campaigns.

Your Core Duties

Division-Specific Design: Develop original, high-quality graphics and apparel designs specifically for the gaming and esports market.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all artwork aligns with the Forged Athletic "Iron Sharpens Iron" aesthetic.

Technical Execution: Produce print-ready artwork that translates effectively onto physical apparel and gear.

Promote Your Work: Use your personal link to drive direct sales to the products you design and build your own "designer brand" within the gaming community.

Who We Are Looking For

Esports Specialist: You have a deep understanding of gaming culture, digital aesthetics, and the intersection of esports performance and streetwear.

Technical Design Skills: Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) to produce professional, print-ready artwork.

Self-Motivated: Able to work independently to meet deadlines and iterate based on feedback.

Faith-Alignment: Respect for the Christian mission, vision, and values of Forged Athletic.

Your Pay Structure:

Product Royalty: You receive a 5% royalty on every unit sold that features your specific designs, paid out automatically via CollabPay.

Direct Commission: You receive a 10% personal affiliate commission on any direct sales you generate through your unique links via GoAffPro.
