Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, monitoring social media platforms, and helping generate leads through online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Linkedin, Instagram, Wechat, the Rednote and other platforms as needed.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, promotional posts, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media activity and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist with Google Ads, website updates, blog posts, and SEO optimization efforts.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign results.
- Create marketing materials and advertisements for online promotions.
- Conduct market research and identify trends, audience interests, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with online reputation management and brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Maintain organized records of marketing campaigns, analytics, and content calendars.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar platforms preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English are prefered
Skills & Competencies
- Graphic design and video editing experience.
- Experience running paid social media or Google ad campaigns.
- Photography and short-form video content creation experience.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar website platforms
