Assistant Store Manager – Indoor Playground & Family Entertainment Center

J7 Adventureland is looking for a reliable, energetic, and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily operations at our indoor playground and family entertainment center.

This is a full-time position (37–40 hours per week) with strong growth potential for someone interested in developing into a General Manager role.

Pay:
$17–$22 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily store operations and shift management

Open and close the facility

Respond to party inquiries and help book birthday parties/events

Reach out to upcoming parties to confirm details and collect waivers

Explain party packages and answer customer questions

Supervise staff and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Operate register/POS system and handle customer transactions

Prepare basic food and drinks for guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

Perform minor playground repairs/fixes when needed

Jump in wherever needed to support the team and guest experience

Qualifications:

Previous management or leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced family environment

Reliable, organized, and proactive

Weekend availability required

Ability to multitask and lead a team during busy periods
