Overview

Signature Pro Apparel is a premium collegiate heritage brand focused on reconnecting fans with iconic athletes, moments, and traditions through elevated apparel, storytelling, and gameday activations.

The platform is expanding across leading college football programs, including Penn State through an upcoming collaboration with a legendary former Penn State football player as part of the Signature Pro Legends platform.

We are seeking Campus Ambassadors to help bring Signature Pro to life at Penn State through content creation, campus engagement, gameday storytelling, and activation support.

Role Objective

Serve as Signature Pro’s on-campus presence at Penn State — helping capture the energy, traditions, and culture surrounding Penn State football while supporting the growth of the brand within the student and alumni community.

This role is part content creator, part community builder, and part activation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture authentic campus and gameday content (photo + short-form video) 
• Create social content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and related platforms 
• Support Signature Pro activations, pop-ups, and gameday events 
• Help identify campus traditions, stories, and moments that align with the Signature Pro brand 
• Assist with grassroots student and alumni engagement and community awareness 
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage during football weekends and campus events 
• Help identify student creators, organizations, and communities aligned with Penn State culture 
• Represent Signature Pro in a professional, authentic, and energetic manner on campus 

What We’re Looking For

• Current Penn State student 
• Strong understanding of Penn State football culture and gameday environment 
• Interest in sports, branding, marketing, media, or storytelling 
• Comfortable creating social and mobile content 
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and creative instincts 
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently 
• Passion for sports culture, community, and storytelling
