What You’ll Do
- Support the Operations team in refining and organizing departmental service and operational materials
- Help ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation, editing, and formatting
- Assist in developing engaging training materials, including AI‑powered video modules
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and implement updates
