Recruiting Intern
The Boring Company is looking for a Summer 2026 Recruiting Intern to support our Talent team across engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and business roles. This person will help keep the recruiting process moving, create a strong candidate experience, and support hiring for teams building real-world infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Support candidate scheduling, communication, and interview coordination across multiple teams
- Assist with sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Referral Networks, career fairs, and other recruiting channels
- Help maintain clean and accurate candidate records in recruiting systems
- Contribute to recruiting projects that improve candidate experience and team efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, startups, engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure
