We are seeking Hosts & Ambassadors who don't just run events but lead the room, build a following, and create a premium experience that players return for week after week.

The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Host & Ambassador, you are the face and energy driver of the JEOPARDY! brand inside the venue. This is a performance-first role requiring strong presence and control.
- Lead the Experience: Run a structured 2-hour event, managing the pacing, flow, and competitive engagement.
- Command the Mic: Deliver a high-energy, scripted performance with vocal clarity and improvisational wit.
- Manage the Game: Operate live game software via laptop and mobile devices to ensure a seamless technical flow.
- Build the League: Partner with the venue to drive attendance, encourage weekly return play, and capture social content to build local buzz.
Who You Are
- We are intentionally selective, looking for individuals who elevate the experience through their personality and professionalism.
- Natural Performers: Ideally, you have a background in theatre, communications, public speaking, coaching, or emceeing.
- Tech-Savvy: You are highly comfortable managing a digital game board on a laptop while simultaneously engaging a live crowd.
- Brand Ambassadors: You can balance a fun, high-energy environment with the "Jeopardy! Polish"—staying articulate, professional, and quick-witted
- Community Builders: You enjoy meeting new people and have the social awareness to make every player feel like they are part of the show.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Part-Time W2 Employment
- Availability: We are hiring for both Main League Hosts (consistent weekly sets) and Backup Hosts (flexible coverage based on schedule).
- Work Setting: Fully Onsite at designated local venues.
- Requirements: * Must be 21+ years of age.
- Must have a reliable laptop and transportation.
Compensation & Perks
- We offer a competitive, structured pay scale designed to reward long-term mastery and loyalty.
- Starting Rate: $60 per 2-hour event.
- Professional Progression: Your rate automatically increases as you hit show milestones:
- $70 per show after 100 events.
- $80 per show after 250 events.
- Venue Perks: Each host receives a food and drink voucher for every performance/event worked.
- Growth Opportunities: Paths to regional mentorship roles.
