U.S. Translation Company is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our Interpretation Solutions team. This is a key role responsible for managing client relationships, driving operational excellence, and leading a team to deliver high-quality language services.

About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, is highly organized, and enjoys combining relationship management with operational leadership. You will play a critical role in strengthening client partnerships, improving internal processes, and helping scale our interpretation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Manage and grow client accounts through proactive communication and strategic follow-ups
  • Utilize HubSpot to track interactions, manage pipelines, and ensure timely follow-through
  • Lead and support a team of coordinators and specialists to deliver seamless interpretation services
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams
  • Learn and implement new technologies that enhance interpretation solutions and client experience

Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
