Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Sales Assistant Intern to support outreach campaigns and business development initiatives.
This is a part-time, on-site role ideal for college students or recent graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in marketing, sales, and business communication.
In this role, you will assist with outreach efforts through phone, email, and CRM-based follow-ups while gaining exposure to B2B sales, customer engagement strategies, and Zebra-powered technology solutions. You will also gain experience working with modern business tools, including CRM systems and AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential business clients (B2B) and follow up on leads
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns across phone, email, and digital channels
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
- Support content creation for marketing communications and outreach materials
- Draft and refine email templates and call scripts to improve engagement
- Coordinate with team members to schedule meetings and product demonstrations
- Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports and insights
- Learn and support Zebra product solutions (barcode scanners, mobile devices, asset tracking systems)
- Utilize AI tools to support research, messaging, and outreach optimization
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and communication strategies
Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and conducting outbound outreach (phone/email)
- Interest in marketing, sales, or business development
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- This internship is structured as a part-time program (approximately 15 hours per week) with a target completion of approximately 350 total hours over the program duration.
- Available to begin within 2–3 weeks of application
- Completion of a required AI certification is mandatory for all roles. This certification must be completed prior to the start date or within the first two weeks of the internship. Training resources will be provided.
