Product Design Intern

Marketing Associate — B2B

XP Health | Full-Time | Remote / Hybrid

About XP Health

XP Health is on a mission to fix vision care for the enterprise. We partner with large employers and benefits brokers to deliver a vision benefit that employees actually use — and that HR teams can point to as proof that benefits investment pays off. The current vision care system fails employees and employers alike: costs are opaque, networks are confusing, and utilization is low. We're changing that.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Associate to join the B2B marketing team, reporting to the Head of Product & B2B Marketing. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role spanning content, storytelling, events, and market research. You'll build the evidence base and audience we need to grow — finding the stories, telling them well, and validating what messaging actually resonates with buyers.

This is not a support role. You'll own key workstreams and be expected to drive them forward with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Member story elicitation: Identify and recruit members for video interviews; conduct structured interviews and manage logistics (consent, scheduling, incentives); edit and package clips for LinkedIn, sales, and events
  • Member story systematization: Work with the product team to build a repeatable pipeline for sourcing and surfacing member stories at scale
  • Evidence of cost savings: Collaborate across teams to research, compile, and publish clear evidence of XP Health's cost savings impact for members and employers
  • LinkedIn & social presence: Own the content calendar (3–6x/week); draft and review AI-assisted posts; maintain brand voice and iterate based on performance data
  • Event management: Serve as project manager for XP Health's B2B event program (28+ events across 19 cities in 2026); coordinate logistics end-to-end including vendors, RSVPs, swag, and post-event follow-up
  • Buyer interviews: Conduct structured interviews with HR directors, benefits managers, and brokers; synthesize findings into briefs for messaging and sales enablement
  • Messaging validation: Design and run experiments using LinkedIn ads and third-party tools to test buyer messaging hypotheses; feed results back into campaign strategy
  • RYR (Release Your Rx): Drive the launch and organic growth of RYR, XP Health's receipt comparison tool for prospective members; coordinate with product on UX and shareable output; track adoption

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, or communications (internship experience counts)
  • Strong written communication — you can write a LinkedIn post, an outreach email, and a project brief, and they all sound like a human
  • Organized and self-directed; comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable on camera and with other people — conducting interviews, showing up at events, getting people to say yes
  • Curious about data; willing to learn how to run ad experiments and interpret results
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or AI content platforms is a plus

Why This Role

  • Direct exposure to enterprise B2B go-to-market at a growth-stage startup
  • Ownership over real workstreams from day one — not just execution support
  • Work at the intersection of storytelling, research, and product
  • Collaborative team; high standards, low ego

XP Health is an equal opportunity employer.
