About TRIUNE Alert

TRIUNE Alert is a public-safety technology company built around three integrated pillars: TRIUNE Care (FDA-cleared remote health monitoring), Ask-A-Lawyer (on-demand legal access), and Personal Safety Alerts (real-time emergency notifications). Our mission is to keep families connected and informed, and our vision is to create a safer, more connected world. We live by five core values: Safety First, Health Access, Connectivity, Legal Access, and Compassion.

Position Summary

TRIUNE Ambassadors are the public face of our brand, both in their local communities and online. We are looking for two types of Ambassadors, and you can serve as one or both:

  • Community Ambassadors who connect with neighbors in person at events, faith communities, block clubs, senior groups, and campus organizations.
  • Social Media Ambassadors who use their digital presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, or a personal blog/podcast to share TRIUNE's mission with their followers.

You do not need a massive following to qualify. We value engaged, trusted voices in any niche, including public safety, health and wellness, parenting, senior care, faith, legal advocacy, civic engagement, campus life, neighborhood news, lifestyle, and mental health. A strong micro-influencer with an authentic audience is just as valuable to us as a large account.

This is a flexible, remote role designed to fit around your studies, work, or content schedule. It is an excellent opportunity for students and creators interested in public health, public safety, social work, criminal justice, communications, marketing, pre-law, business, or content creation.

Responsibilities

Choose the path (or combination) that fits you:

Social Media Path

  • Create and post original content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, threads, posts, videos, blogs, podcasts) that share TRIUNE's mission and educational topics
  • Promote TRIUNE's monthly virtual community meetings to your audience
  • Share TRIUNE-provided graphics, talking points, and campaign assets with your followers
  • Tag and engage with TRIUNE's official channels and respond to follower questions
  • Provide insight on what messaging resonates with your audience

In-Person Community Path

  • Attend and promote TRIUNE's monthly virtual community meetings
  • Recruit users, partners, and supporters in your local community
  • Distribute TRIUNE materials and educational resources at community events
  • Represent TRIUNE Alert at health fairs, community forums, town halls, and resource expos
  • Collect community feedback and bring local insight back to the TRIUNE team

Qualifications

Required:

  • 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, or both
  • Reliable follow-through and timely responses to team communication
  • Comfort with basic technology (video calls, email, social platforms)
  • Genuine interest in public safety, health access, and legal access

Preferred (one or more):

  • An active social-media presence on any platform with a niche or community-specific audience
  • Demonstrated content-creation skills (short-form video, photography, writing, podcasting)
  • Active involvement with a community, civic, faith, or campus organization
  • Experience or coursework in healthcare, public safety, social work, communications, or community organizing
  • Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish, Polish, Mandarin, Arabic, ASL, or others)

What You'll Gain

  • Paid stipend for each completed activation: community event, social-media campaign, content series, or recruitment milestone
  • Bonus stipends for high-performing posts and viral content
  • All marketing materials, brand assets, training, and ongoing support provided at no cost
  • Direct mentorship from TRIUNE leadership and a dedicated Ambassador Lead
  • Real-world experience working with a venture-backed health and safety technology company
  • Portfolio-ready content and references for future career opportunities
  • Recognition program with growth opportunities within the TRIUNE network

Compensation is paid as a 1099 independent contractor; Ambassadors are responsible for their own taxes.
