Social Media Intern
Position Overview:
The Social Media Intern will support the marketing team in executing day-to-day social media activities, contributing to content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing and brand communication.
Core Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
- Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies
- Support campaign planning and execution, including promotions and partnerships
- Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and compile reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, marketing, and communications
Required Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends
- Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Canva or similar)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
