Digital Content & Sales Support Intern
Scope of Work
Position: Digital Content & Sales Support Specialist Intern (Part-Time)
Purpose: To support the growth of our brands by handling key digital content tasks and sales collateral needs on a flexible part-time basis.
Contract Type: Part-time (Independent Contractor)
Weekly Hours: 8 – 16 hours per week (exact schedule to be mutually agreed upon based on candidate availability and business priorities)
Scope of Services & Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities include the following:
1. Video Editing for Social Media & YouTube
- Edit, optimize, and produce short- and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Add graphics, text overlays, branding, music, and captions as needed.
- Ensure all videos are delivered in the correct formats and optimized for each platform.
2. Sales Collateral Creation & Updates
- Create and regularly update proper banding on sales PDFs, catalogs, one-pagers, brochures, and other sales materials.
- Incorporate product images, specifications, and messaging provided by the team.
3. Website Content Posting & Management
- Upload and publish new content to company websites
- Update existing pages as required.
Deliverables:
- Completed and approved video content on a weekly basis
- New and updated sales PDFs/catalogs as assigned
- Timely posting of approved website content
- Organized file management and archiving of all assets
Schedule & Reporting:
- Flexible weekly hours between 8–16
- Work remotely with weekly check-ins (via call or video meeting) during normal business hours
- Provide status updates on active tasks and completed work.
Performance Expectations:
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
- Creative input welcomed while staying within provided brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Canva and Google Docs
