Social Media Manager Intern (Hybrid – St. Petersburg, FL)
Help me blow up my personal brand and get famous.
Looking for a driven, creative intern who will follow me around and work in-studio to produce high-quality Shorts that go viral.
What you’ll do:
- Shadow me in-person (St. Pete area) to capture raw, behind-the-scenes footage and daily moments
- Run studio sessions to create polished, scripted Shorts, Reels, and TikToks (lighting, green screen, multiple takes, quick edits)
- Turn both field + studio footage into scroll-stopping vertical video that actually performs
- Own daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Spot trends, write hooks/captions, and build series that make me recognizable
- Manage comments/DMs and grow a loyal audience
- Track analytics and report what’s working
What you need:
- Video shooting + editing skills (phone + CapCut/ Premiere is fine)
- Experience or strong interest in studio production (lighting, framing, directing)
- Portfolio with sample Shorts or edited content
- Obsessed with current trends and algorithms
- Flexible schedule, 10-20 hours/week (field shadowing + studio time + remote editing)
- Reliable, outgoing, and able to work in public/studio settings
