Marketing Development Coordinator

PRN Marketing/Development position. This position works with the Executive Director in developing and maintaining fundraising projects and events, digital and social media communications, marketing, advertising, writing and community activities that advance our name and services in the community. These activities shall be consistent with the mission and goals of the ministry and shall reach individuals, businesses, churches, and para-church organizations in the community. 

Responsibilities:

Fundraising:

  • Banquet: works with Executive Director to produce annual fundraising event. Duties include developing and printing event materials, digital communication promotions, managing event webpages, generating mailing lists, producing mass mailings and e-blasts, newsletters, and program agenda.

Community Outreach & Public Relations:

  • In collaboration with the Executive Director, design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate programs in the following areas of fund development: annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, special events and other ongoing activities.

Marketing and Advertising:

  • Work closely with the Executive Director to develop the ministry’s public relations and marketing efforts including advertising.
  • Ensuring consistency of brand image and messaging, coordinate design and creation of in-house and outside print and email materials for promotion, correspondence, and marketing.

Website and Social Media Communications:

  • Analyze social media.
  • Manage the Center’s social media profiles and presence.
  • Manage mass email software, drafting, and sending scheduled e-blasts.
