IT Specialist

We’re hiring IT Specialists (GS-9 to GS-11) with the federal government. This is a hands-on role focused on providing IT support, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems for federal users.

What you’ll do:

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and peripherals (printers/scanners)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve recurring IT issues for users
  • Monitor, maintain, and update computer systems and networks
  • Perform routine IT security tasks to protect systems and data
  • Use approved artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools to assist with research, document preparation, and problem-solving

Salary: $61,722 – $111,966 per year, depending on location and grade.

Locations: San Diego CA, Washington DC, Atlanta GA, Baltimore MD, Jackson MS, Philadelphia PA, Columbia SC, Dallas TX, Houston TX, and San Antonio TX.

This is a full-time, permanent, onsite-only position (no remote or hybrid options).

U.S. citizenship is required. Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills are essential.
