Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing marketing efforts. This role is responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and most importantly, driving lead generation through digital channels and third-party marketing platforms.
This position is ideal for someone who understands that marketing is not just about posting content, but about generating measurable business results.
Must be pro-active in reporting and updating the owner of the company without reminders or follow ups from team members. This position is open to 2 people. 1 Part Time and 1 Full Time. The full time person will oversea and implement and the part time person will support and assist.
You must update the owner of the company without him asking you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a simple tracking system for leads and campaign performance (spreadsheets or tools as appropriate)
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Create and schedule content including graphics, captions, and short-form video
- Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement and audience growth
- Coordinate with lead generation platforms and marketing vendors to drive inbound leads
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on results
- Assist in building and refining digital marketing workflows
- Identify new opportunities for online growth and brand visibility
Qualifications:
- Experience with social media management (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and lead generation strategies
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with lead generation platforms or marketing funnels
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn
- Prior internship or marketing-related role
