Marketing Intern

Are you a motivated college student eager to gain hands-on marketing experience with a values-driven organization? HOLT Group is seeking a Marketing Intern who is working toward a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field and is excited to learn, contribute, and grow in a real-world business environment.

This internship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to marketing operations while offering on-the-job training, mentorship, and professional development. As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support your assigned department while building a strong foundation in how marketing supports a large, multi-divisional organization.

What You’ll Do

• Learn the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department through hands-on experience
• Receive coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback from leadership and team members
• Support department projects and initiatives as assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with internal partners
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance in support of team and business needs

• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Basic computer skills and comfort working in a digital environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and follow written and verbal instructions

Education & Experience

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

Physical Requirements

• This role frequently communicates with others and requires the ability to exchange accurate information

Work Environment

• Fast-paced environment with occasional unscheduled interruptions, offering a realistic and engaging professional experience
