Creative Strategy Intern
Creative Strategy Intern
Pacagen | New York, NY (FiDi) | June–August (12 weeks, Full-Time In-Person)
Pacagen is a venture-backed CPG startup building a new generation of biotechnology-powered consumer health products. We’re starting with allergies, helping tens of thousands of customers live comfortably with pets and in their homes, and expanding into new categories in 2026.
The company was founded by repeat entrepreneurs who have built and sold nine-figure businesses and is backed by top-tier investors including Maveron, Khosla Ventures, and Mars.
We’re hiring a Creative Strategy Intern for the summer. This role is hands-on from day one. You won’t be sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be building, testing, and shipping work that actually goes live.
What You’ll Do
- Create and test ads directly on our Meta account and learn what drives performance
- Write copy for ads, landing pages, and campaigns
- Contribute to creative strategy across paid and organic channels
- Help develop and launch brand campaigns from idea through execution
- Analyze performance and iterate based on real data
- Support influencer partnerships and content creation across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Help plan and run in-person events and grassroots activations
- Lead outreach to partners such as animal rescues, shelters, and aligned organizations
- Get exposure to multiple parts of the business and take on projects with real ownership
What You’ll Get
- $3,000 per month
- Direct experience running paid ads with real budgets
- Ownership over projects, not just support work
- Mentorship from founders and operators who have scaled major brands
- A clear view into how a startup actually operates day to day
- A body of work you can point to that had real impact
Who This Is For
- Strong writing instincts or interest in copywriting
- Curious and motivated to figure out why things work
- Open to feedback and willing to improve quickly
- Social, collaborative, and comfortable speaking up
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Interested in startups, marketing, or consumer brands
You do not need prior experience. What matters most is your attitude and how quickly you learn.
A Quick Note
This is a fast-paced environment and expectations are high. You will be given real responsibility and the team will rely on your work. If you are looking for something passive, this is not the right fit.
If you want to learn quickly and do meaningful work, you will get a lot out of this.
