ABOUT LEGION AI

Legion AI is building an agentic CRM and “superteam” of AI agents that helps businesses automate customer communication, sales follow-up, and growth workflows. We’re a small team moving fast and looking for one of our first non-engineering hires to help shape our go-to-market engine.

 

WHY THIS ROLE

This is not a “busy work” internship. You’ll work directly with the founders and own real GTM work that ships every week.

 

IMPORTANT: TRIAL-FIRST PROCESS

Because we’re a small team and this is a foundational role, we start with an intern/trial period before extending a paid/full-time offer. We do this to ensure strong mutual fit and to reward real impact.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Run weekly GTM experiments (launch → measure → iterate)

Help define ICPs, messaging, and positioning

Create and ship content: LinkedIn posts, short sales assets, case studies, landing pages, email sequences

Support outbound campaigns (email/LinkedIn), list building, and follow-ups

Coordinate with founders on partnerships and channel tests

Track performance in simple dashboards (leads, conversion, pipeline, CAC/CPL)

Are scrappy: you can execute without a lot of direction

Like measuring outcomes (not just activity)

Are excited about AI products and early-stage startups

 

BONUS POINTS

B2B SaaS marketing, campus org growth, newsletters, sales/outbound experience, paid ads, or analytics

Comfort with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot/Salesforce (or willingness to learn fast)

 

TIME COMMITMENT

20–40 hours/week (flexible, but consistency matters)
