DEVELOPMENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Development Intern– OVW Men to Men
Schedule: Minimum 10–15 hours per week
Supervision: Reports to Matthew Beatty, Vice President
Position Overview
The Development Intern will support fundraising efforts for the OVW Men to Men program, contributing to donor engagement, funding tracking, and overall resource development to sustain and grow the initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising efforts for the OVW Men to Men program.
- Assist with donor prospect research and pipeline development.
- Maintain and update fundraising tracking systems, including donor and funding pipelines.
- Support donor engagement activities, including outreach, follow-ups, and acknowledgments.
- Assist in preparing fundraising materials and supporting documentation.
- Help organize and maintain records related to fundraising activities.
Required Skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interest in nonprofit fundraising and development.
Proficiency in Excel and document management systems.
