Florida Youth At Risk: Achieving Readiness (FYAR) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth ages 12–25 through creative arts, mentorship, and workforce development. We provide safe, inspiring spaces where young people can build confidence, develop skills, and access opportunities that support long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update website content regularly, program pages, events, news.

Create pages for upcoming initiatives and campaigns

Ensure clear calls-to-action (donate, volunteer, sign up)

Monitor performance and suggest improvements (basic SEO)

Qualifications:

  • Experience with website platforms e.g Wix
  • Creative in design, layout, and user experience
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and great communication skills
  • Basic HTML/CSS and SEO knowledge
