Role Overview

Morsby, Gorman, McCarthy LLC is seeking Business Development & Capital Markets Analyst Interns to support Kenya-focused infrastructure and development initiatives through stakeholder identification, capital alignment, outreach preparation, and funding strategy support.

This role is part of a Kenya-focused pilot initiative within a broader global infrastructure program and is designed to support the connection between infrastructure concepts and real-world execution pathways. The position plays a central role in aligning infrastructure initiatives with capital sources, strategic partners, development finance institutions, and government stakeholders.

Participants will contribute to identifying funding opportunities, analyzing potential capital structures, and supporting the development of outreach and positioning materials. The work produced through this role supports investor-facing narratives, partnership strategies, and project-level funding alignment.

The Business Development & Capital Markets Analyst serves as the bridge between internal analysis and external execution by helping translate research, data, and strategy into capital-ready positioning.

The scope of this role is educational and structured. Participants will not be expected to independently execute live financial transactions, negotiate deals, or perform advanced financial structuring. Instead, they will contribute to guided, scoped tasks designed to support learning and professional development.

Business Development & Capital Markets Analyst Interns may contribute to activities including, but not limited to:
