Position Summary
We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Management Intern who can take ownership of our marketing presence and attract high-quality leads across platforms.
This is not a passive, task-based role. You will be responsible for both executing and contributing to the strategy behind our content. From filming luxury property content to planning and scheduling campaigns, your work will directly impact brand visibility, audience growth, and lead generation.
If you’re someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic side of marketing and wants the freedom to own your work without being micromanaged, this role was built for you.
Responsibilities
- Film short-form content (primarily on iPhone and DSLR) during in-person shoots in Jacksonville
- Collaborate on and contribute to content strategy and creative direction
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure marketing is executed in advance
- Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
- Design on-brand graphics in Canva using existing templates
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Assist with ad content and light campaign execution
- Write high-converting email campaigns and newsletters
- Support email marketing through formatting, scheduling, and execution
- Stay current on trends and recommend ideas to improve performance and engagement

Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or content creation
- Proficiency in Canva, Descript, Riverside, and/or similar video editing tools
- Experience filming and editing short-form video content
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Strong written communication and sales copywriting skills

Work Style & Expectations
- This is a 1099 contractor role, meaning you manage your schedule
- Must have flexibility for monthly in-person content shoots in Jacksonville, including occasional weekends
- Remaining work can be completed remotely
- You are expected to manage your time effectively and execute without constant oversight
