Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Part-Time Party Motivator / DJ Assistant to support our DJs and MCs at private events. This role focuses on engaging guests, maintaining high energy throughout the event, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

DJ Assistant:

• Assist with setup and breakdown of DJ equipment
• Communicate with clients, planners, and vendors as needed
• Help manage and filter music requests
• Capture social media content during events

Party Motivator:

• Lead and teach line dances to guests
• Encourage participation and keep the dance floor active
• Hype up the crowd during key moments
• Assist the MC with games and activities (especially at Mitzvahs)
• Teach game rules and ensure activities run smoothly
• Distribute prizes and engage with kids (ages 10–15)

Compensation:

• $175–$200 per event
