The Role
We're looking for a reliable, energetic Production Assistant to support our team on-site in Provo. You'll be on the ground floor of real productions, helping our cinematographer and director execute shoot days, manage logistics, and keep everything running smoothly from pre-production through wrap.
This is a perfect role for film or media students who want hands-on set experience at a fast-moving creative agency working with real paying clients.
What You'll Do
- Assist the director and cinematographer on shoot days for branded content, mockumentary series, social media shoots, and short films
- Help set up and execute iPhone shoots and studio productions — including organizing shot lists, managing props, and supporting on-camera talent
- Support the Account Manager in tracking job timelines, deliverables, and client objectives
- Manage equipment prep, transport, and breakdown before and after shoots
- Assist with file offloading, organizing RAW footage, and uploading assets to Drive
- Help coordinate logistics for client shoots including location scouting, scheduling, and communication
- Support social media content capture across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Run general on-set errands and provide support wherever the team needs it

- Social Media Awareness — understanding platforms and content formats
- Project Management Tools (Asana, Google Drive)

- Are enrolled in or recently graduated from a Film, Media, Communications, or related program
- Are dependable, punctual, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Are a self-starter who doesn't need to be told twice
- Can lift and carry equipment and stay on your feet during long shoot days
