Position Overview
The Program Director will serve in an exclusive capacity leadership and support role for Angelique Francois’ 2026 campaign and developing business endeavors. This position combines strategic program oversight with hands-on personal assistance, ensuring seamless execution of preparation, brand development, public appearances, and professional commitments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing both high-level planning and day-to-day logistics in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program Direction & Strategic Oversight
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of Angelique Francois’ campaign, including planning, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop and manage structured programs for training (interview, runway, fitness, branding, and public speaking)
- Oversee partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations aligned with brand goals
- Coordinate with coaches, stylists, agencies, and media professionals to ensure alignment and consistency
- Track progress, milestones, and performance metrics across all preparation areas
Brand & Appearance Management
- Direct and manage scheduling for modeling assignments, public appearances, and media engagements
- Serve as a point of contact (eg. for bookings, casting opportunities, and brand collaborations)
- Ensure all appearances are professionally executed, including styling, timing, and logistics
- Support brand positioning, image development, and public presence
- Assist in content creation or similar ideas
Administrative & Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage a high-volume, dynamic calendar including meetings, fittings, rehearsals, and travel
- Coordinate daily logistics and ensure preparedness for all engagements
- Handle correspondence, confirmations, and follow-ups with key stakeholders
- Run essential errands and provide personal support as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Plan and manage all travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transportation)
- Prepare detailed itineraries for appearances, competitions, and events
- Ensure all travel and event logistics are seamless and efficient
- MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT OR ABLE TO TRAVEL
Operations & Team Coordination
- Act as liaison between Angelique and her team, including stylists, trainers, PR, and sponsors (coordinate and work closely with Public Relations and Management)
- Ensure clear communication and execution across all moving parts
Qualifications
- MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
- Proven experience in program management, executive assistance, talent management, or a related field
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and travel
- Able to be presentable at all time
Preferred Skills
- Experience in pageantry, fashion, entertainment, or media industries
- Major or studying: Journalism, Multi-Media Studies, Communications, Business (Management), and/or Marketing.
- Background in event planning, branding, or public relations
- Familiarity with social media and personal brand management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Work Environment
- High-energy, fast-paced, and public-facing role
- Combination of remote work, travel, and on-site event support
- Hours does not exceed 30 hours a week
- 1 year commitment (extension possible if warranted)
Compensation
· Structured shadowing experience with direct exposure to campaign leadership, brand development, and high-level operations
