Forward Fellows Program

Forward Fellows is a summer training program designed to prepare the next generation of emerging civic leaders in Minnesota. The program includes intensive campaign strategy training in areas of campaign strategy, communication, fundraising, and fieldwork with hands-on campaign experience. Participants are connected with pro-choice campaigns running for office in Minnesota and actively develop their skills throughout the summer.

Forward Fellows offers valuable networking opportunities, professional development, and on-going support and coaching. The Forward Fellows program is an opportunity for anyone interested in civic life and leadership in Minnesota and serves as an entry point to paid civic work. Forward Fellows alumni have gone on to work on and in the state legislature, government, presidential campaigns, non-profit organizations, governors’ offices, lobbying firms, and have run for office.
