Scratch and Promotions Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in the planning and development of individual Scratch games.
- Maintain records for each game that relate to game design, sales, and attributes used in defining the game's role, and evaluates performance against strategic goals.
- Monitor and analyze game mix as well as sales performance of Scratch games.
- Evaluate scratch game mix and sales results to guide strategic decisions on game launches, closures, and portfolio adjustments.
- Manage and maintain complete, organized documentation for all working files and game development records.
- Manage the implementation of statewide promotional initiatives, ensuring all technical requirements are understood and properly implemented.
- Proofread point-of-sale advertising communications to ensure accuracy and the use of clear, plain-language messaging.
- Develop and send statewide gaming network retailer/player messages.
Required Qualifications:
- Three years of experience working with product management,
OR - Three years of equivalent experience with a government-run lottery.
Education in marketing, business administration, or a related field may substitute for experience on a year-for year basis up to two (2) years.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in product management of consumer goods.
