Elysium INC is seeking a Full Time Executive Assistant for the CEO

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating effective decision-making at the executive level.
The individual selected for this position will be involved in both domestic, as well as international business development. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and daily operations. This energetic role requires a detail-oriented professional who excels in multitasking and managing complex schedules. This individual will be involved with mergers and acquisitions and participating in 2 of the most aggressive growth markets of eCommerce and social media. In addition to domestic and international travel, the successful applicant will attend formal charity and fashion galas (events). The Company has a strong philanthropic interest in areas of cancer research, neurological disorders, and a range of other charity organizations. This will provide an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of professional networking skills. Not only will this position provide for all expenses for international travel, a clothing stipend will be provided for formal wear.
Starting Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 Full Time
Position Description:
Successful Candidate Skills should include the following:

- Bilingual desired but NOT required
- International travel required
- Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring all documents are accurate and timely.
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including email management, transcription of notes and proofreading documents.
- Assist with event planning for company functions, meetings, or off-site events to ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate project activities across departments to ensure deadlines are met; track progress and prepare status reports as needed.
- Utilize DocuSign for electronic document signing processes; ensure all contractual documents are completed accurately.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications and QuickBooks (not required but desired).
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. Thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy supporting leadership through meticulous coordination and proactive problem-solving.
