Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Contractor to assist with day-to-day operations of a growing nonprofit organization. This is a flexible, task-based role focused on supporting organizational efficiency and program coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize email communications
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling and coordination (flexible, not fixed hours)
- Organize digital files and documents
- Support program and operational tasks as needed
- Track and update spreadsheets or databases
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs, spreadsheets, email)
- Good communication skills
- Previous administrative or assistant experience is a plus
