Administrative Support Contractor


 

Role Overview


 


 

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Contractor to assist with day-to-day operations of a growing nonprofit organization. This is a flexible, task-based role focused on supporting organizational efficiency and program coordination.


 


 


 


 

Key Responsibilities


 


 

  • Manage and organize email communications
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination (flexible, not fixed hours)
  • Organize digital files and documents
  • Support program and operational tasks as needed
  • Track and update spreadsheets or databases


 


 


 


 


 

Qualifications


 


 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills (Google Docs, spreadsheets, email)
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous administrative or assistant experience is a plus

  • Independent contractor role
