ALL QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TOWARDS: us.hiring@micro-agi.com
About Us
MicroAGI is an AI lab pioneering the next generation of robotics. We partner with businesses, paying their teams to film the real-world tasks that teach robots how to operate. In March 2026, we paid out $5M+ to 10k+ operators in 12+ countries. As one of Europe's premier robotics startups, we have partnerships with $1T+ tech firms, and are expanding heavily in the United States.
The Role
Help us bring robots closer to the real world. We're looking for a sales rep to build partnerships with laundry, dry cleaning, and textile services businesses across the U.S. The target list includes commercial laundry facilities, dry cleaners, linen rental services, uniform supply companies, hotel laundry operations, industrial textile processors, and garment alteration shops. The job is finding the right operators, getting in front of plant managers, route supervisors, and business owners, and onboarding partners whose laundry attendants, pressers, folders, sorters, delivery drivers, seamstresses, and textile processing workers do the kind of repetitive, hands-on physical work that produces valuable robotics training data. This role will directly shape how MicroAGI expands into the laundry, dry cleaning, and textile services industry.
What You'll Do
- Scout and qualify B2B leads across the laundry, dry cleaning, and textile services sector, including commercial and industrial laundry facilities, coin-operated and self-service laundromats with attendant staff, dry cleaning plants and drop-off locations, linen rental and supply companies, uniform rental and supply services, hotel and resort on-premise laundry operations, hospital and healthcare linen processing facilities, restaurant and food service linen providers, garment alteration and tailoring shops, wedding dress and specialty garment cleaners, textile restoration and preservation services, rug and carpet cleaning plants, and drapery and upholstery cleaning operations
- Run outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, cold email, cold calling, and in-person visits targeting laundry plant managers, dry cleaning business owners, linen supply company operators, uniform service route managers, and textile processing facility directors
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial laundry operators, dry cleaning plant owners, linen service managers, uniform supply route supervisors, and referral contacts across the laundry and textile services industry
- Take calls, run meetings, and handle end-to-end onboarding of new laundry and textile services partners and data collection participants
- Coordinate headset logistics and participant operations across partner laundry plants, dry cleaning facilities, linen processing floors, pressing stations, and delivery routes
- Keep the CRM tight by tracking pipeline activity across commercial laundry, dry cleaning, linen rental, uniform supply, and textile processing leads, flagging opportunities, and helping build the sales playbook for the laundry and textile services vertical
- Get out in the field with flyers at laundry equipment distributors, dry cleaning chemical suppliers, textile service association meetings, and linen supply networking events, and represent Shift at trade shows like the Clean Show, TRSA Annual Conference, and regional dry cleaning association events
What You'll Need
- No hesitation around cold outreach, whether that's phone calls, emails, DMs, or walking into a laundry plant or dry cleaning shop and starting a conversation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining something new to people who haven't heard of it before
- Self-directed and organized, comfortable working without being micromanaged
- Interest in AI, robotics, textile technology, automation, or the future of work is a plus but not required
- Experience with CRM tools like GoHighLevel or Apollo is helpful, but willingness to learn is enough
- Familiarity with commercial laundry operations, dry cleaning, linen rental services, uniform supply, textile processing, garment care, or the laundry industry is a bonus
