Digital Marketing Specialist

Guests can enjoy everything from yacht and sailing charters to Nile River cruises and immersive tours through Egypt, as well as snorkeling and exploring the rich biodiversity of Indonesia. With a focus on combining exploration, comfort, and authentic local experiences, All Star Liveaboards creates trips that go beyond traditional vacations and deliver true adventure.

All Star Liveaboards is looking for a creative, self-driven digital marketer who can help us grow our online presence and connect with travelers around the world.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—creating content, SEO, optimizing performance, and design work.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create and edit engaging video content (short-form + long-form)
Write and publish blog content focused on diving, destinations, and travel
Improve and manage our SEO strategy (on-page, keywords, content optimization)
Use AI to improve content creation, workflows, and marketing performance
Track performance and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement, and conversions

What We’re Looking For

Strong skills in social media content + video editing
Experience (or strong interest) in SEO and blog writing
Familiarity with website management or editing (WordPress preferred)
Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, or similar
Ability to work independently and bring new ideas
Interest in travel, diving, or adventure lifestyle is a big plus
