EA / Coordinator (Focus on Sales)

We’re looking for an EA / Coordinator (Sales Focus) to help keep day-to-day operations organized and support the sales pipeline from first touch through execution. This role blends executive support with sales coordination and general operations - handling scheduling, lead follow-ups, client logistics, and internal coordination so deals move forward efficiently.

You’ll work closely with leadership and the sales function to manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, track inbound leads, follow up with prospects, and help keep client conversations progressing. You’ll also assist with proposals, light research, vendor coordination, and ensuring the office and team stay organized day-to-day. A key part of the role is using good judgment to prioritize tasks and remove friction across sales and operations.

We’re looking for someone reliable and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple threads at once without constant direction. Experience supporting a sales team, coordinating client interactions, or keeping pipelines and logistics moving is highly relevant. Clear communication, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through are critical.

This is a paid contract role (LA-based preferred) with the potential to grow into a broader operations or sales-focused position over time.
