Growth/Operations Intern
About Us
MicroAGI is an AI lab pioneering the next generation of robotics. We partner with businesses, paying their teams to film the real-world tasks that teach robots how to operate. In March 2026, we paid out $5M+ to 10k+ operators in 12+ countries. As one of Europe’s premier robotics startups, we have partnerships with $1T+ tech firms, and are expanding heavily in the United States.
The Role
Help us bring robots closer to the real world. We're looking for driven students to scale our US operations from scratch — building partnerships, hunting leads, and owning relationships with businesses across construction, food service, warehousing, manufacturing, and beyond. This isn't busywork. You'll have real conversations with real stakeholders, and what you build will directly shape how we grow.
What You'll Do
- Scout and qualify B2B leads across target industries — find the businesses whose workers should be wearing our headsets
- Run outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, Apollo.io, cold email, and the old-fashioned way — showing up in person
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, site managers, and referral contacts that last beyond a single deal
- Take calls, run meetings, and onboard new partners and data collection participants end-to-end
- Coordinate headset logistics and participant operations across NYC
- Keep our CRM tight — track pipeline, flag opportunities, and help build the sales playbook as we go
- Hit the streets with flyers, tap into local communities, and represent Shift at events
What You'll Need
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated — any major, as long as you move fast and care about the work
- Zero fear of cold outreach — phone, email, DMs, door-knocking, whatever it takes
- Clear communicator, written and verbal — you'll be the voice of the company to people who've never heard of us
- Self-directed and organized — nobody's going to micromanage you, and that should excite you, not scare you
- Interest in AI, robotics, or the future of work is a bonus, not a requirement
- Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Apollo, etc.) is great — willingness to figure it out is enough
