Digital Marketing Internship (PAID)

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube
  • Build and optimize Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor daily ad performance and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting as needed

 

Customer Acquisition & Funnel Strategy

  • Design and implement end-to-end customer acquisition funnels from awareness through conversion
  • Map and optimize the customer journey, identifying and resolving drop-off points
  • Build retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage high-intent audiences
  • Collaborate with the email and content teams to ensure funnel consistency across touchpoints

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and LTV
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders
  • Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Pixel to measure attribution and campaign impact
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and ad spend

 

Content & Creative Support

  • Collaborate with creative team to brief and develop compelling ad creatives
  • Stay current on trends in social media, digital advertising, and athletic/lifestyle markets
  • Support organic social media and influencer campaign tracking as needed
  • Assist with SEO strategy and keyword research to align with paid media efforts

 

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Instagram/Meta ad campaigns
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer acquisition funnel strategy (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

 

Preferred

  • Experience with e-commerce brands or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Passion for fitness, running, sports, or active lifestyle brands
