Antitrust Litigation Analyst

Sperling Kenny Nachwalter, a litigation firm with offices in Miami, Chicago, and Nashville, is seeking top students who are interested in pursuing a legal career, but who want to learn what trial lawyers do before going to law school.
 

This position is based exclusively in the firm's Miami office.
 

During this two-year litigation training program, you will work under nationally recognized attorneys on complex and high-stakes antitrust cases. The program offers exposure to all aspects of the litigation process: case development, legal research and writing, discovery, and trial.
 

Analysts contribute meaningfully to our team of antitrust trial lawyers and litigation staff. You might spend one day investigating a prospective matter, the next preparing for the deposition of a Fortune 500 CEO, and another building out trial-ready data visualizations.
